"Lunch has nothing to do with this!" At this point, she couldn't help but feel as though her were teasing it. Who was anyone to tell her otherwise? After all, Noel had always been one of his very favorites to poke at besides, say, Jin. And even then, it seemed to Noel that he was never as ruthless to him as he was to her. Or maybe it was because she reciprocated it more... sans negatively.

Even so, the whole situation was weirder than normal. Having her purchase erotic novels for the new recruits was one thing. Being possibly the last one in the building with the captain was another, and it was for this that Noel began to feel suddenly awkward -- nevermind the fact that her personal space was being taken away by the sudden closeness proximity. Gulping slightly, she shuddered away, feeling suddenly... aware.
